一般來說，我是不喜歡「老歌新唱」的，但這次例外。
十年前，Gwyneth Paltrow 參與了她老爸 Bruce Platrow 執導的一部以卡拉ＯＫ為背景的小成本電影，叫 Duets (中文應翻譯為「對唱」?)
不出所料的是，這部電影果真是十分的「俗」。（說真的，與卡拉ＯＫ扯上關係，不俗也難），但大出所料的是，它有一首十分精彩的歌。
感 覺上，這首曲子很可能是個「無心插柳」的結果。論功行賞，我覺得當時炙手可熱的製作人 Babyface 絕對功不可沒，因為我相信是他信手拈來地給這歌的「風格」定了調。他用了原唱 The Temptations 的 sampling (「樣版」?) 注入了自己有名的 romantic/jazz/soul/pop 風味，再加了一杓別人想不到的佐料，這份佐料就是 Gwyneth 引人的嗓音，以及她在歌唱中流露出既天真又無拘的個性。將這些元素放在一起，最後端上桌的就是一項令人意外的驚喜。
Gwyneth是名人，她的好照片不難找。望你喜歡。
